Nose
Crisp and slightly sweet with lot of biscuity/cereal malt. The green fruit of youth then emerges in time. Water closes thatdown however and brings out oakiness.
Palate
Clean, with soft and sweet fruits, spice and a touch of chocolate covered limes.Very light and clean.
Finish
Clean if little short.
Comment
An aperitif. The oak suggests flavours not interacted as yet.

Nose
Fresh and crisp,crab apple,pineapple
Palate
Wispy smoke and light pepper spice, clean and pleasant malt.
Finish
Medium and pleasant enough without exciting.
Comment
Not so much a king as a maturing prince.
