Dave Broom

Nose: Crisp and slightly sweet with lot of biscuity/cereal malt.The green fruit of youth then emerges in time. Water closes thatdown however and brings out oakiness.
Palate: Clean,with soft and sweet fruits,spice and a touch of chocolate covered limes.Very light and clean.
Finish: Clean if little short.
Comment: An aperitif. The oak suggests flavours not interacted as yet.

Nose: Fresh and crisp,crab apple,pineapple
Palate: Wispy smoke and light pepper spice, clean and pleasant malt.
Finish: Medium and pleasant enough without exciting.
Comment: Not so much a king as a maturing prince.
