- Nose
- Floral and grassy. Lemon balm, marshmallow. Aniseed candy. Sweet and gentle. Gets biscuity on time.
- Palate
- Round and sweet. The same profile as on the nose. Refreshing. Star anis.
- Finish
- Sweet, fresh and clean.
- Comment
- The style of soothing dram you enjoy in summer on a warm afternoon. It will not fly you to the moon but it will take your stress away.

- Nose
- Runny honey, but there is a delicate floral quality here as well. Reminds me of Bonfire Night with toffee apples and cinnamon spice.
- Palate
- Rich sweetness, not cloying. A little Oriental spice and a touch of liquorice.
- Finish
- Smooth and very pleasing.
- Comment
- Possibly the most bang on name out there, sweet.
