- Clean and lightly sweet with a subtle spiciness cut with a whiff of silver polish and freshly cleaned linoleum.
- Palate
- Lifted and sweet with that familiar mix of green fruits, carnation and a vivacious acidity.
- Finish
- Long and peppery. Bracing.
- Comment
- Has good balance and decent complexity.

- Shy, restrained. Herbalist shop. Lemon balm. Lemon thyme. Perfumy. Hint of pineapple. With water, vanilla syrup.
- Palate
- Sweet at first with a satin like feel. The alcohol is well mastered. Dries up and gets spicy. Ginger beer. With water, a fresh minty note.
- Finish
- Dry, minty.
- Comment
- That whisky seems to have matured in a tired cask. But it is worth giving it time to unwind. Finally quite pleasant.
