- Fat. We're back at the suet pudding again with an added yeasty note, banana bread and honey.
- Palate
- Similar to the nose with added plum pudding roundness. It does however lose its shape completely with water (so avoid).
- Finish
- Long (when neat) and rounded.
- Comment
- A perfectly pleasant and slightly plump dram.

- Malty. Vanilla toffee. Butterscotch. Mint chocolate. More vanilla as it opens up.
- Palate
- Round and sweet. Toffee apple, crème caramel. Gets watery at mid palate.
- Finish
- Smooth, short. Almondy aftertaste.
- Comment
- The nose is lively and appetising but the palate is bland and lacks nerve.
