70- Nose
- Slightly metallic and unformed. Light walnut cake. Toasted oatmeal, hazelnut and a whiff of cigar smoke.
- Palate
- Clean and quite light. Here, the cereal note here has gone into honey nut cornflakes.
- Finish
- Sugary. Then soft smoke.
- Comment
- If it's a chimney it's one above a sweet shop.

- Smoked salmon and burning wood. Toffee and cream notes too. Very gentle layers of spice.

- The peat gives way to soft fruit and delicious spices, sweet pears in brandy.

- Dries on gentle smoke.

- Does what it says on the tin, but not really that one dimensional.
