75- Nose
- Light and fruity. Autumn fruit. Overipe pears, medlars. A touch of pear cider (poiré). Apple blossom. Honey. A hint of white chocolate. Opens up slowly but pleasantly.
- Palate
- Smooth and sweet at start. Then dries up and leaves a bitter flavour like the skin of a cider apple.
- Finish
- Dry, short, bitter.
- Comment
- The nose promised more sweetness than the palate delivered. A little disappointing. Needs time to open.

- Soft and mellow. Plenty of poached fruit, baked apple pie with a touch of melted sugar.

- Very cidery. Sweet and sharp that seems to work only on a couple of levels.

- Short and sweet.
