76- Nose
- Fragrant. An apple orchard on a warm autumn day. A mix of flowery and fruity notes. Apple compote with vanilla. Gets creamier on time.
- Palate
- Smooth, velvety. A sweet honey and vanilla profile. More apples. Drying on an astringent note.
- Finish
- Dry with a spicy touch. Astringent.
- Comment
- A cousin of the previous sample? Maybe creamier and softer though. But there is still a gap between nose and palate.

- Apple blossom and honey. Some softer fruits, pears, melon and a touch of peach. Bags of creams oak.
- Palate
- Soft and gentle. Sweeter with more tropical fruit. Almost orange juice with a little nutmeg spice.
- Finish
- Lingers with the spices building.
- Comment
- Not as well balanced as it could be. The elements need more time to mellow and develop together.
