- Sort of briny,like vine leaves (dolmades). There are some soft fruit tones as well.
- Palate
- Very savoury with a little bitter wood notes at first,then sweetness and a little smoke. Very smooth and soft.
- Finish
- Long and warming.
- Comment
- Certainly lives up to its name.

- A big wave of peat,some green fruit, celery,and unripe pear.

- Medium long savoury finish,with soft but assertive peat smoke.
