Nose
Reminds me of curry spice warming in butter. Peat comes through with a damp vegetable note as well.
Palate
There is a real lemon edge at first then some cooked apples and sugar. The peat comes through just at the end.
Finish
Soft and gentle,but warming.
Comment
A very gentle dram with fruit edges. One for sipping while cooking.

Hornby train set. Camp coffee. Stewed vegetable. Peat smoke.
Palate
Citrus fruits particularly very sweet lemon. Soft in the mouth, with gentle waves of peat and spice.

Gentle and peaty, with some late melon and other fruit notes.

More korma than madras but pleasant all the same.
