- Nose
- Reminds me of curry spice warming in butter. Peat comes through with a
damp vegetable note as well.
- Palate
- There is a real lemon edge at first then some cooked apples and sugar. The peat comes through just at the end.
- Finish
- Soft and gentle,but warming.
- Comment
- A very gentle dram with fruit edges. One for sipping while cooking.

- Hornby train set. Camp coffee. Stewed vegetable. Peat smoke.
- Palate
- Citrus fruits particularly very sweet lemon. Soft in the mouth,with gentle
waves of peat and spice.
- Finish
- Gentle and peaty,with some late melon and other fruit notes.
- Comment
- More korma than madras but pleasant all the same.
