- Nose
- Dried fruits, little musty, tinned prune, damp earth, hint of meat stock. The lurking sweetness is brought out by water.

- Quite concentrated, orange Spangles, nougat. A slight fizzy quality which leads into (pink) marshmallow. Shows finesse and good balance.
- Finish
- Long, clean hint of smoke.
- Comment
- Good weight of spirit, but needs more from the cask to make it great.
