- Richer aromas. Spicier. Appetising.
- Palate
- Bigger, softer. Again a suggestion of cherries. Rose-hip tea. Spicy balancing dryness.
- Finish
- Smoother. Very long. A fragrant, lightly smoky, hint of peat.
- Comment
- Still on the sweet side but dexterously balanced. Beautifully rounded flavours.

- Unreduced there's some coconut along with meaty notes. When water is added out come toasted nuts, orange blossom, butter and real sexy richness.
- Palate
- A lovely start which builds slowly from digestive biscuit into a soft juicy centre with vanilla, mocha, tobacco and not bracken notes.
- Finish
- Juicy and creamy with good weight.
- Comment
- If this were a person it would be Salma Hayek.
