- Nose
- Plump. Think of Nutella and nougat. Ripe dark fruit: blackcurrant, caramel
toffee, bourbon biscuit.
- Palate
- Some sandalwood and even a refreshing green (bamboo like) lift that shifts into dry grass. Toffee and bramble jam. Big sherry influence.
- Finish
- Ripe, full and sweet.
- Comment
- Slick and powerful.
- Nose
- Soft and gentle, like candyfloss. But has layers of toffee, floral notes and that
grippy oak lurks again.
- Palate
- Seems to increase its presence on the palate with marmalade. Hot toddy like: honey and ginger.
- Finish
- Well balanced and moreish.
- Comment
- Artful blending here.
