Dave Broom

Nose
Plump. Think of Nutella and nougat. Ripe dark fruit: blackcurrant, caramel toffee, bourbon biscuit.
Palate
Some sandalwood and even a refreshing green (bamboo like) lift that shifts into dry grass. Toffee and bramble jam. Big sherry influence.
Finish
Ripe, full and sweet.
Comment
Slick and powerful.

Rob Allanson

Nose
Soft and gentle, like candyfloss. But has layers of toffee, floral notes and that grippy oak lurks again.
Palate
Seems to increase its presence on the palate with marmalade. Hot toddy like: honey and ginger.
Finish
Well balanced and moreish.
Comment
Artful blending here.
