Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Cherries. Almonds. Bakewell tart fresh out of the oven. Palate Creamy. Cedary. Smoky. Finish Drying. Comment Bourbon and sherry? Is this allowed? I'm not sure it should be. I didn't order this, I ordered 101.

Dave Broom Nose Rich and concentrated. Raisin, walnut, sour cherry syrup, clove and cocoa. Oak with sherry. Palate Rounded and rich. Chocolate and vanilla, nutmeg and red/black fruits. Then comes sherry; raisined fruits and lightly grippy oak. Finish Thick and sweet. Liquorice. Tannin. Comment Seems to come in two distinct parts. Of interest, but by no means the best Turkey.
