- Cherries. Almonds. Bakewell tart fresh out of the oven.
- Palate
- Creamy. Cedary. Smoky.
- Finish
- Drying.
- Comment
- Bourbon and sherry? Is this allowed? I'm not sure it should be. I didn't order this, I ordered 101.

75- Nose
- Rich and concentrated. Raisin, walnut, sour cherry syrup, clove and cocoa. Oak with sherry.
- Palate
- Rounded and rich. Chocolate and vanilla, nutmeg and red/black fruits. Then comes sherry; raisined fruits and lightly grippy oak.
- Finish
- Thick and sweet. Liquorice. Tannin.
- Comment
- Seems to come in two distinct parts. Of interest, but by no means the best Turkey.
