Aromatic. Polished leather.
Palate
Big. Smooth. Almost slippery at first, then developing an interesting interplay of sweetness and dryness. Cereal grains. Pecan nuts. Tobacco-like.
Finish
Spicy. Toothsome.
Comment
No fancy tricks here but a big, complex, regular bourbon.

Dry and spicy with treacle, cigar smoke/ash. Pretty dry.
Palate
As the nose suggests, dry and tight with a little honeyed lushness mid-palate.
Finish
Long and sweet.
Comment
Firm and dry, but has none of Wild Turkey's signature depth and sweet power.
