Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Soft, deep. Mint cream chocolates.
Palate
Smooth and sweet at first. Then developing bigger flavours. Lots of oaky woody extract.
Finish
Very lively and and appetising. Root ginger and bitter chocolate.
Comment
Wild Turkey in a coat and tie.

Jim Murray

Nose
Loads of fruit, rye and malt. Big and bristling.
Palate
Rich chocolatey orange with toffee fudge but then lightens to allow the corn through.
Finish
More corn and dries as oak arrives.
Comment
Deceptively delicious: threatens to erupt but ends up relatively meek and well behaved.
