Nose
Tropical fruit. Paw-paw? Lemon grass.
Palate
Lightly nectar-like. Soft and soothing. A very unusual texture. Creamy when water is added. Peachy. Slightly syrupy. Malty. Clean and smooth.
Finish
Sweet orange peel. A suggestion of steamed pudding. Sticky toffee? Slightly smoky.
Comment
Fresh and seductively drinkable. I'm astonished how well this innovation worked. The ale was brewed especially to add much more malty sweetness than hop.

Nose
Scented aromas: cereal, apple, banana, mixed fruit jam and a hint of the beer cellar/warehouse.
Palate
Soft and creamy with silky texture. Light smoke.
Finish
Slightly dull and flat.
Comment
Good fun and well-made but will this just open another can of worms? Lager finish anyone?
