Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Clean, fresh, earthiness. Soft nuttiness. Slight peaty dryness. Palate Honeyed but lively. Sweet sherry. Rich maltiness but also well-intergrated peat-smoke dryness. Finish Restrained. Gentle. Gradually warming. Long. Lingering smokiness. Comment Leans toward peat-smoke, but beautifully composed. Luxurious. With a cigar?

Dave Broom Nose A lusciously rich, complex nose with heather bell, lemon, honey, spicy sandalwood and an intriguing winey note. Palate Very sweet to start and holds beautifully in the mouth. Ripe and rich with a lovely mix of vanilla, heather honey and spice. Finish Long, rich and elegant. Comment So thick and honeyed you could paint it on your lover's body. A true star.
