Rich and sherried. antique shop. Cigar box. Meaty. Oxtail. Bacon. Cedar. Tarte Tatin. Palate
Syrupy. Mouth-coating. A beautiful harmony between oak and fruit. Praline. Baked apple in maple syrup. Sweetness prevails. Finish
Sweet. oak, spices try to calm it down. Comment
Quite an assertive blend. The nose delivers to the palate but it tastes older than 15 years.

Nose
Clover honey, vanilla, cooked pear moving into caramelised fruits and peat smoke balanced by toasty oak. There's some very old whiskies in here. Palate
Sweet and "sherried", but with good grip. Ripe. Balanced between sweetness, richness, oak, fruit and spice. Finish
Long and ripe. Comment
This is great blending. Top flight stuff.
