Intense. Burnt caramel. Maple syrup. Sour plum jam. Prunes. A waxy touch. Cedar wood.
Palate
Crisp. Burning. Spices tease the tongue. The alcohol is sharp.
Finish
Quite long, spicy. A nutty aftertaste.
Comment
Rich and deep but the alcohol is not mastered. Too burning a dram for me.

A heavy tobacco,humidor note. Burnt sugar,orange marmalade,treacle and a little Parkin cake.
Palate
Full on and complex. Vanilla,cinnamon and orange marmalade soak through the alcohol.
Finish
Long,it lingers.
Comment
A full on bourbon. A rollercoaster ride worth taking.
