Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Potpourri. Leafy cedary oaky. Palate Creamy, fudgy, flavours. Berry fruits emerging, then fruity, plum-skin acidity. Finish Cooked plums. Fruit pies. Smoky. Comment Plenty of dimension. The acidity makes it especially appetising and drinkable, and potentially an accompaniment to food. Bring on the barbecue.

Dave Broom Nose Exotic and plump, slightly yeasty with sultana and spices (Peshwari Naan??) then coconut cream, Madeira cake, crème brûlée and sugar candy. Palate Oakier and spicier than the nose suggests. The soft red fruit/honey hidden slightly. Dry. Finish A little woody. Comment An amazingly sexy nose, but disappoints slightly on the palate.
