- Assertive. Pecan pie. Pastry.
- Palate

- Comment
- Lots of layers. A great dessert whiskey. Thanksgiving dinner?

- Nose
- Gentle and perfumed: fresh herb, cinnamon, orange blossom honey/burnt orange peel, redcurrant, caramelised fruit, prune tart.
- Palate
- Soft with a prickly bite mid-palate where the orange zest and hickory wood emerges, then smoothes out again. Vanilla and mocha coffee.
- Finish
- Woody, then mellow fruits.
- Comment
- A classic, complex wheated bourbon. Great material for an Old Fashioned.
