Nose
Very aromatic. Cypress. Beeswax.
Palate
Leafy, bittersweet, kumquats. Very distinctive.
Finish
Fruity, zesty.
Comment
Scores points for its robust distinctiveness.

Dave Broom

Nose
Resinous, bay leaf, perfumed and slightly nutty.
Palate
Clean and quite sweet mixing a good, fairly weighty spirit with a mixed bag of nuts and spices. All pretty dry.
Finish
Quite lifted.
Comment
The wood is a bit too much, but good base spirit.
