- Nose
- Dense, almost burnt. Rum truffle, chocolate, prune.
- Palate
- Thick. Robust, smoky, black treacle toffee. The wood and the sherry dominating.
- Finish
- Bitter chocolate.
- Comment
- Way too much sherry for me. It's too strong without water but splits when you add some.
