- Nose
- Dryish, fresh oak. Ferns, forest flowers.
- Palate
- Firm, toffee, coconut.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy. Vanilla pod. Hint of char.
- Comment
- Lots happening, lively, enjoyable.

- Nose
- Peaty (smoked fish) but with some perfume (lemon, pot pourri, dried heather) and softness (nut oil).
- Palate
- Rounded and sweet. Very sweet in fact: like cinnamon toast with demerara sugar, but there's smoke as well, and it's in balance.
- Finish
- Medicinal. Smoked fish again.
- Comment
- A fascinating package with unlikely flavour combinations. Barmen will love this.
