Nose
Summery, light and fragrant. Grassy. Freshly cut lawn, green oak. Lemon grass. Herbal tea. Lemon sherbet. Reminds me of a chartreuse. Palate
Unctuous, sweet. A slight watery gap at midpalate. The palate is true to the nose. The same herbal notes are delivered. Wild chervil, dill. Finish
Sweet, minty with a spicy dryness. Comment
A charming summery dram. The perfect “herbal tea” to savour while gazing at the moonlit sky.
Dave Broom
Nose
Edgy and young. Minty (toothpaste) flaming orange oils. A little stony. Palate
Clean and floral with a soft apricot like richness in the centre. Good length. More to it than the nose suggests. Finish
Quick, biscuity oak. Comment
More about potential. For me this is too young and needs time to come together.
