Nose
Sweet and smoky:lemon syllabub and lanolin, then comes some soft red fruits, iris and tropical fruits which it seems to share with the previous.
Palate
Immediate smoke underpinned by a peachy sweetness. Lovely fluxing battle between dry smoke and this plush fruitiness. Needs water to open things out. Very pure and layered.
Finish
Smoke all the way.
Comment
Great balanceand intrigue in here. Well worth a look.

Nose
Another smoke tinged belter with a sweet edge that cuts through. Shades of mango, almost pomegranet and dried oranges.
Palate
Smoke to the fore with a soft juiciness behind it.
Finish
That smoke just keeps coming.
Comment
A wonderful exercise in smoke, but with great depth.
