78- Nose
- Chocolate brownies,chicory coffee and figs. Fragrant and fruity beneath. Copes with water well which shows that behind the assertive oak there's a rich fruity depth.
- Palate
- Thick start before a little smoke and,as the tannins start their work,tomato puree,nuts and treacle toffee. Reminiscent of a brandy de Jerez.
- Finish
- Charcoal.
- Comment
- For the big sherried lovers.

- Fresh coffee and cooked oranges mingle with striking wood notes. Hints of dark chocolate and fig rolls.
- Palate
- Dense at first. Everything is packed together. Smoke gathers revealing that sweet parkin cake edge.
- Finish
- Sooty and earthy.

- A classic example of how to use a sherry cask.
