Nose
Intense. Tangy. Meaty. Ox tail broth. Celeriac. Amarena cherries. A nutty touch after a while.
Palate
Dry, firm. Warm. You feel the alcohol bite on the tongue. Slightly grippy and bitter. Tightened. Needs water to cool down.
Finish
Warm. Spicy. Chilli.
Comment
A warm but rich character. Water tames it a little. Some like it hot !

Heavy spices, a little incense. Meat stock cubes and sour fruit.
Palate
Sweet oak with a little bitter lemon. The alcohol adds to the experience and brings a warming kick.
Finish
Liquorice and spices.
Comment
A different Yoichi, no smoke but bags of character.
