Corn Whisky - U.S.A. - 46.00% 7 A lovely dram, balanced between fruit and oak. Leaves a pleasant fresh taste.

Balcones True Blue
Single Malt - U.S.A. - 63.60% 8 Seems to have a rum influence. A finish? No it is a corn American whiskey? I wouldn't have guessed. A rich aromatic profile and a pleasantly surprising alcohol mastering.

Balcones Texas Single Malt
Single Malt - U.S.A. - 51.00% 7 Clearly a lovely distillate. Hope to see it slightly older and more integrated.

Balcones Brimstone Corn Whiskey
Non Bourbon - U.S.A. - 61.00% 6 For some reason I keep thinking of Gram Parson's immolation at Joshua Tree.
