Breizh Whisky Whisky Breton Blended Single Distillerie
Blended - France - 42.00% 8 If only the palate had a little more intensity, then it would have scored a lot higher.
Black Mountain BM No2
Blended - France - 42.00% 7 A lovely malt, which runs out of steam a little on the palate. I would have liked to have seen a little more oak interaction.
Kornog Taouarc'h Trived 12 BC 3 Years Old
Single Grain - France - 46.00% 8 A stunning achievement for such a young whisky. Don't look for complexity (yet) but you do get the full enjoyment of its character.
Glann Ar Mor 2005 3 Years Old
Single Malt - France - 46.00% 8 Like a walk in a field after a few rainy days. Nicely invigorating. It does not really need water or just a wee drop to cut some edges.
Single Malt - France - 43.00% 8 Well put together. Oak is well integrated. Deserves paying attention. To be paired with a dry ewe cheese like amanchego.
