The Causeway Collection is a selection of extremely rare cask-finished Irish single malt whiskeys from The Old Bushmills Distillery – the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery.

This year’s collection features twelve new releases to be launched worldwide across 8 markets: UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Nordics and the Global Travel Retail channel.

Bushmills says that the Giant’s Causeway near the distillery, the collection’s namesake, has been a source of inspiration to its distillers for centuries.

The 2021 collection includes a number of firsts for Bushmills, a 2011 Sauternes cask finish, a 10 Years Old Cuvée cask finish and a 2008 Jupille cask finish, as well as a 32 Years Old Port cask, one of the oldest expressions ever released from The Old Bushmills Distillery.

Colum Egan, master distiller at Bushmills, said: “The Causeway Collection celebrates our extremely rare and unique cask finishes, our passion for single malts and honours our rich heritage. It’s a privilege to work with such rare liquid… We were delighted with how the Bushmills Causeway Collection was received globally in 2020, with some even selling out in minutes – and we can’t wait to share this year’s Collection with the world.”

The Bushmills 2021 Causeway Collection whiskeys vary in age from 9 to 32 years old, are all non-chill-filtered and are priced up to €950 RRP.
