After two years of virtual events, Kilochoman are said to be delighted to welcome back visitors to Islay in person to celebrate Kilochoman Day, which is set to take part during Fèis Ìle 2022.

Founder Anthony Wills has selected a variety of casks, with the 2022 Fèis Ìle release a combination of 5 first fill bourbon barrels filled in 2006. These represent some of the earliest casks produced by Kilchoman.

Limited to just 865 bottles, the whisky is only available to purchase in person on the day of the event, from Kilchoman’s distillery shop. The event itself will take part on Thursday 2nd June 2022, with the day featuring tastings masterclasses, tours, activities and live entertainment.

The 16-year-old whisky is bottled at 52.1%, with much more information about the festival, Kilchoman day and the dram available on their website.

The distillery is a family run farm distillery based in Scotland, established in 2005. It has spent the last two years hosting online events for those that are fans of the distillery during this festival season, but now they have the opportunity to welcome guests face-to-face once again to come together for a huge celebration.
