A chauffeur-driven whisky country tour, 'fill your own bottle' distillery events and behind-the-scenes tours with the likes of GlenAllachie and the Speyside Distillery are among some 700 events organised as part of the 2020 Spirit of Speyside festival.
Tickets for the festival, taking place from 29 April to 4 May, go on sale from 12pm on Wednesday, 19 February.
One of the festival's event providers for 2020, Run Speyside, will be holding a whisky brunch trail run through the heart of whisky country. Runners can learn about the history of the region before finishing with a dram and brunch at The Macallan Distillery. Active whisky lovers can also enjoy a hill trek smugglers' tour with Glenlivet.
Exclusive tastings will be on the menu at Strathisla Distillery, Benromach Distillery, That Boutique-y Whisky Company and more, while those looking for a more substantial tasting could join a game lunch at The Seven Stills or visit Dufftown Glassworks for coffee, cake and a dram.
Those wanting to learn more about the origins and art of whisky can choose from an array of educational events - including an art exhibition, Spirit of Colour, in Aberlour.
The full programme of events can be viewed on the Spirit of Speyside website.
