Talisker Distillery and Skye restaurant the Three Chimneys are coming together to launch a pop-up dining experience which celebrates their island home.
'The Three Chimneys at Talisker' experience, created by the restaurant's head chef Scott Davies and general manager Krzysztof Dudkowski, will be a celebration of locally sourced food and drink, including whisky from Skye's oldest distillery.
Running from February to April 2024, it will be hosted at the distillery's newly opened waterfront space on the shores of Loch Harport.
Head chef Davies has woven the processes of whisky distillation and maturation into his tasting menu for the experience, which is titled 'The Journey'.
The introduction of the pop-up experience follows the opening of Talisker's new visitor experience, which has undergone a complete renovation as part of parent company Diageo's £185 million investment in Scotch whisky tourism.
Opened in 1968, the Three Chimneys and the House Over-By is located on the shores of Loch Dunvegan and comprises a restaurant with six guest rooms. The five-star AA restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2023 and the Good Food Guide.
