The Macallan has unveiled the third edition in its Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney.
The Macallan Harmony III Amber Meadow draws inspiration from the sisters' memories of the Scottish countryside and from the sweeping Speyside landscape in which the distillery is located.
It features a presentation box and bottle label that have been made using discarded meadow cuttings. The packaging also feature photographs of the Macallan estate that were shot by Mary McCartney.
The Harmony Collection was designed by The Macallan to show its progress towards more sustainable packaging for its whiskies. The collection also includes Rich Cacao, the first edition launched in 2021, and 2022's two-part release, Smooth Arabica and Inspired by Intense Arabica.
The Macallan Harmony III will be available at Harrods, Selfridges, and the Whisky Exchange from 11 October with a recommended price of £160.
Alongside the new liquid, The Macallan is launching a collection of 11 lifestyle pieces designed by Stella and Mary. The 'Together' collection – which includes glassware, a drinks tray, and ice stamps – will be sold exclusively as a complete set in limited numbers from 11 October, priced at £10,000.
