Kate Packwood


Kate Packwood is an independent food and drinks writer and a judge in the World Whiskies Awards. She has a First-Class Honours degree in English Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and her primary area of interest lies in food pairings and explorations of flavour. She previously owned and ran the multi-award winning Wildflour Bakery, where she worked with many drinks brands to design food and whiskey pairings.
