Nose

Treacle and molasses, almost fungal. Nut bowl, leather and bitter chocolate, even cold tea.

Palate

Thick to start then increasingly bitter and tannic.

Finish

Dry and bitter.

Comment

A lot of wood...a lot of sherry wood but not a lot of Glen Grant.
