Nose

Elegant and complex. There's an instant turfy/peaty lift mixed with moist fruit cake, nuts, cooked fruits, dark honey and burnt sugar.

Palate

Sweet toffee/treacle start. Juicy malt and soft grains with puffs of smoke give it an extra layer of complexity.

Finish

Long, quite nutty and lightly smoky.
