Nose
Bright and floral, with clementines, bergamot, oranges and honeysuckle. Dust in the background. Water brings out something leafy.
Palate
Sea salt-crusted nectarine served with Chantilly cream, washed down with malty beer, before chewing on a stick of charcoal.
Finish
The salt turns into an umami finish.
Comment
Water washes out some of the interesting characters. The palate wasn’t as expressive as the nose, but is still pleasant.
