Intense. Prickly. Demerara sugar, molasses. Crab apples. New leather. Bee-waxed floor. In time, getting biscuity. With a hazelnut touch.

Palate

Surprisingly sweet giving the alcohol strength. Raisins and molasses. A rum\rcharacter. Cooked bananas.

Finish

Fizzy, slightly oaky but there is fruit too, bananas!

Seems to have a rum influence. A finish? No it is a corn American whiskey? I wouldn't have guessed. A rich aromatic profile and a pleasantly surprising alcohol mastering.
