Nose

Lots of Dundee (thick-cut) marmalade mixed with gold syrup, coconut and\rwood shavings. Water takes it into nougat territory along with a little\rtreacle, apple and malt loaf.

Palate

As nose, with some peach, jasmine to start before it deepens into lilac, nut\rand raisin.

Finish

Spicy and clean.

Good, just lacking the extra layers which produce complexity.
