Upside down pudding, Lyle's Golden Syrup, Crunchie Nut Cornflakes and milk chocolate. Some dried apricots, too.

Palate

More dried fruit, with the balance between this grain spirit and the fruity nature of the oak cask almost perfect. Enough savoury spice balanced with enough vanilla sweetness. \r

Finish

A little leathery, with nutmeg, but the dried fruit, coconut and tropical fruits last to leaving a mouth-watering finish.

Comment

Leaves the taste of a handful of Jelly Belly jelly beans in the mouth.
