Nose

Floral and grassy. Honeysuckle, drying straw. Opening on farmyard scents.

Palate

Sweet and smooth. The same grassy notes as on the nose. The alcohol is well mastered. Tablet, a buttery touch. Surprisingly sweet for the strength. Getting spicier. Ground ginger. Refreshing. With water, more mint.

Finish

Dry and spicy.

Comment

A very refreshing dram especially with a dash of water. Not a great deal of complexity but a good structure to it.
