Nose

Clean, medium-rich and sweet. Golden syrup, caramel, preserved lemon and a little waxiness , underpinned by cooked fruit, herbs shading into pine\rand sanded wood.

Palate

cumin and coriander and black cherry. Sweet and substantial.

Finish

Smoky wood.

Interesting how a few years ago an 8yo bourbon would have been considered old, yet here you can still pick put 'youthful' vibrancy.
