Tasting Notes

Nose

Similar to the 30 Years Old, this time with extra coconut and fragrance (green fig, lemon, marshmallow) then there's cooked pear. Becomes waxy with some pollen.

Palate

An ash-like quality then a subtle, fragrant, palate. Aromatic woods, pot pourri. Light and creamy with a lovely texture that lifts into. After Eight mint.

Finish

Dries to cereal again.

Comment

Old but still fresh. All very discreet. At its best neat.
