Nose

Very floral – specifically jasmine, lilies and camomile – with delicate white pepper spice and fresh sawdust. Dark chocolate-covered candied orange peel and a metallic whiff.

Palate

Silky-smooth with richer flavours than the nose. Creamy milk chocolate bar balanced with cocoa and walnut cake. White pepper and spicy rye bread develop on the mid-palate.

Finish

Medium length, with drying black loose-leaf tea-like tannins.

Comment

A delicate drop overtaken by tannin, someone left that tea a bit too long.
