Nose

Ripe and perfumed: black fruit, wild flowers, apple, candle wax, cereal/hay loft, dry oak. Sweetens with water.

Palate

Sweet with a silky feel. Black fruit in centre alongside crisp malt. Decent grip.

Finish

Sweet fruits then dry oak.
