Mature and fruity with raisin,fruit pie,straw,malt loaf,dunnage warehouse,lightly fungal yet still\rfresh. Lightly smoked,rich thick fruits,waxed floors.Complex.
Palate
Thick, firm and dry with gripping tannins. Opens slowly.Big, mushroom/truffle notes. No water needed,but time is vital.
Finish
Becomes sweeter and more gentle. Touch of vanilla pod and dried orange peel.
