Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Honey and butterscotch. Lemon peel. Fresh\rand zesty. Getting creamier in time.

Palate

Crisp and dry but sweet. Minty fudge, orange curd. Then drying with touches\rof ground ginger.

Finish

Dry and spicy. Refreshing.

Comment

An interesting dram. The palate is lighter than expected but fresh and lively. Perfect companion for a fruit salad with a ginger icecream.
