Nose

Candied cherries, some leather notes, melted butter, black liquorice and a\rhint of carbolic soap and softer peat round out the initial nose. Water gives\rmore spice and a touch of fresh apple.

Palate

Very spicy, with white pepper, cloves, some star anise and a touch of\rcreaminess. A wisp of peat pops in at the end, alongside green apple.

Finish

Lengthy, with drying peaty/ malty notes.

Well put together, with a nice display of spice and peat.
